- Brand Name justification to Megger. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3ZT890291A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-48 effective 03 Jan 2011; Defense DCN 20110103 effective 03 Jan 2011, and AFAC 2010-1027 effective 27 Oct 2010. This acquisition is unrestricted; The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335314 The business size standard is 750 employees. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is 5945. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 3625. Travis AFB has a requirement for Protective relay test set, Brand Name Megger. The requirement is as follows: 01- MFG: Megger Model: MPRT8430H4T6A2 Light weight enclosure unit with extra handle; includes 30 amp max output capability per channels, 4 voltage/current channels, touch view interface, hard sided transit case, standard American 20 amp power cord. Configured for 60 HZ line frequency default. Include advance version of AVTS. Vendor shall provide training to customer (CEMIRT technicians) on fundmental set up, operations, and uses of equipment with accessories to test variety of Government furnished relay devices. Quanity- 1 Each 02- Test paddle, Megger part# FTPKIT w/ ftp10- Quanity- 2 Each 03- Provide two (2) additional days of training covering Advanced Visual Testing Software and Reports. Also provide training on Advance Visual Testing Software, One Touch. Award shall be made in the aggregate, all or none. The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
