- The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Panama City Division (NSWC-PCD) intends to issue a sole source purchase order using the simplified acquisition process to ARNCO, Inc., 140 Sheldon Road, Berea, OH 44017, for; eighteen (18) right hand Carlisle Ultra Guard tires mounted on American Wheel Corp off white steel wheels filled with Arnco RePneu TV polymer and twelve (12) left hand Carlisle Ultra Guard tires mounted on American Wheel Corp off white steel wheels filled with Arnco RePneu TV polymer. This purchase is not suitable for full and open competition because the items are manufactured per a source-controlled drawing. The modified prototype tires based on the tires provided by ARNCO, Inc. must replicate all the features of the tires currently in use. Additionally, ARNCO Inc is the only approved source identified on the drawing. A firm-fixed-price purchase order is anticipated. Delivery will be FOB Destination NSWC PCD. NAICS Code 326211 applies.
