- Amendment A001 - Extension of Response Date The United States Mission to the Russian Federation is seeking health insurance coverage for its Locally Employed Staff and their eligible family dependents. Anticipated performance is one base year period with one 1-year option period. The estimated number of employees is 829 with 1284 eligible dependents. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which will be fully considered. The solicitation will be issued via FedBizOpps. The response deadline for submitting proposals shall be February 14, 2011. Electronic offers will not be accepted. Companies must obtain and/or provide proof of all permits and licenses required to operate a health insurance business in the Russian Federation.
