- REQUIREMENTS: The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Cincinnati Center Police Service (3200 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45220) has a requirement for an upgrade to its current Smart Key Security System to the KeyWatcher III System. The current computerized smart key security system is the Key Watcher Key Management System. The attached equipment list is to upgrade by adding or replacing some of the existing equipment. Offerors shall submit a detailed (itemized) quote to include: all equipment, equipment manufacturer part numbers, materials, installation, and configuration services for the system as listed only. The offeror shall comply with specifications listed below. Please specify any trade-in credit. Standardization criteria are critical to the Government's requirements, as well as cost considerations, thereby precluding consideration of equipment that would necessitate replacing completely the existing system. This procurement is subject to availability of funds. The Government has the right to cancel this RFQ before or after the closing date.
