- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers', Engineer Research and Development Center (ERDC) intends to issue a Request For Quotations (RFQ) to award a single, firm fixed price contract for Maintenance and Inspection services for all Bridge and JIB cranes. The contract will entail a base year plus four option years. Solicitation W912HZ-11-T-0004, and related documents will be issued via FedBizOpps and available for downloading on or about January 12, 2011 at the website address http://www.fedbizopps.gov/, hardcopies will not be available. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business, under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811310 with a small business size standard of $7.0 million dollars. No technical questions will be considered prior to the release of the solicitation. Amendments, if/when issued will be posted to the FedBizOpps website. This will normally be the only method of distributing amendments prior to closing; therefore, it is the offerors responsibility to check the website periodically for any amendments to the solicitation.
