- The U.S. Army Research and Development Engineering Command (RDECOM), Aberdeen Installation Contracting Division, Mission Contracting Branch, Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD intends to negotiate solely, as prescribed in FAR 6.302-1 with The Association of the United states Army (AUSA) for a custom constructed exhibit and rental space for the Army's participation in the 2011 International Defense Exhibition in Abu Dhabi of the United Emirates, 20-24 February 2011. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 813410. Interested Persons who believe their company can provide the service may identify their interest, in writing to the Government point of contact. Responses to this notice must be received no later than 3:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, 20 January 2010.
