- The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Hall County Government, 116 Spring Street, Gainesville, GA, 30501 under the authority of FAR 6.302-1; Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. Hall County is the only agency within the five adjacent counties of Lake Sidney Lanier that can provide complete coverage of all federally managed lands and water that make up the Lake Sidney Lanier - Buford Project. Corps of Engineers owned radios will utilize the 800 MHz bandwidth which is compatible with Hall County's communication system. This system is needed to improve the communication of Lanier's Park Ranger staff and provide complete radio coverage at all areas of the lake where the existing system is unreliable. This system will enable Corps Rangers to access the Georgia Interoperability Network and allow them to make direct contact with supporting law enforcement and emergency services agencies. The (NAICS) code is 515111 and the size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $7.0 million for the past three years. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. All responses received within 15 calendar days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement that is in the best interest of the Government.
