- The National Park Service, Yosemite National Park, intends to conduct negotiations on a sole source basis with Falcon Builders and Developers for the installation of flooring at the Medical Clinic due to extreme time restraints in Yosemite NP. This procurement is in accordance to FAR 6.302-2, Unusual and Compelling Urgency. This notice of intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest, Proposals or Quotations. A determination by the Park Service not to open this requirement to competition is solely within the discretion of the Park Service in consideration of what is in the best interest of the Government. The Park Service intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order within 3 days of this announcement. The NAICS Code is 238330. This announcement is for informational purposes only
