- This synopsis is for the purpose of a pre-solicitation notification only. A SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE solicitation will be issued by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Southwestern Division (SWD), Fort Worth District (SWF) for litter pickup services. The solicitation will be posted on the FedBizOpps website at http://www.fbo.gov on or about 20 January 2011. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 562111, Solid Waste Collection, with a corresponding Standard Industrial Code (SIC) of S205 and a business size standard of $12.5 million. The awarded contract will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Contract, with a one-year period base plus a one-year option period. The contractor will furnish all labor, materials, equipment & supplies necessary to effectively pickup litter clean and service public use facilities at Lake O' the Pines.
