- This notice is for Project No. 623-CSI-101, Site Prep for Magnetic Resonance Imaging, at the Jack C. Montgomery VA Medical Center, Muskogee, OK. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside (SDVOSB). All SDVOSB's may submit a bid, which will be considered by the agency. If your firm is not legally designated as a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, you are not eligible to bid on this project. This procurement is classified under NAICS Code 236220 and has a size standard of $33.5 Million. The cost estimate range for this project is between $1,000,000.00 and $2,000,000.00. Work includes general construction, alterations, walks, grading, drainage, mechanical, electrical and utility systems work. There will be necessary removal of existing structures, construction and certain other items to complete all the work for installation of the Magnetic Resonance Imaging Suite as required by the contract drawings and specifications for the project. The contractor may be required to remobilize to facilitate removal and replacement of walls for the installation of MRI Scan Machine. Construction shall be completed in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications and shall be completed within 270 days from issue of Notice to Proceed. All work shall comply with local and state codes. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for January 20, 2011 at 9:00 a.m. Only bidders attending the mandatory site visit will be eligible to receive an award from this solicitation. Specifications and drawings will be uploaded on or about January 14, 2011. Specifications and plans will be available for download from the fedbizopps site http:fbo.gov. Amendments to this notice will be posted at the fedbizopps website. In order to receive e-mail notification of amendments, you must register in fedbizopps to receive notification of amendments. Bidders are responsible for obtaining and acknowledging all amendments to this solicitation prior to the closing of the response time.
