- The Air Force plans to procure Fiberglass Grating Materials 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE FFP Requirement FOB Destination The solicitation issue date is 10 Jan 2011. Offers are due on 19 Jan 2011 at 1:00 pm The entire solicitation will be made available only on FedBizOpps (FBO) website at: http://www.fbo.gov. All current and/or future information about this acquisition, i.e. solicitation, amendments, purchase specification, and Q &A's will be distributed through FBO.
