- Principal Components of the Work are as follows: 1. Saw cut and remove existing concrete in the spillway and on the roadway; 2. Furnishing and installing reinforcement in repair areas; and 3. Furnishing and installing replacement concrete in repair areas. NOTE - this work is located on the very steep slopes of the spillway above the water level in the stilling basin and on top of the dam. The work is located at Canyon Ferry Dam, approximately 17 miles northeast of Helena, Montana in Lewis and Clark County. The solicitation is scheduled to be issued on or around February 1, 2011. The bid opening will be held at least 30 days after the date the solicitation has been issued. The bid opening will take place at the Bureau of Reclamation's Great Plains Regional Office, 316 North 26th Street, Billings, Montana. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. The estimated price range of this acquisition is $100,000 to $250,000. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 238110. The small business size standard is $14.0 Million. This acquisition is set aside for Small Business Concerns. Upon issuance of the solicitation, prospective contractors shall submit a request to the Contracting Officer in order to receive the drawings on CD.
