- This is a notice of intent for BIA to Sole Source an award to CGG Americas, Inc., 10300 Town Park Drive, Houston, TX 77072 in accordance with authority citations 10 US 2304(c)(1), and Federal Acquisition Regulation Subsection 6.302-1(a)(1). CGG Americas is considered the only responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The required product is to provide rights to purchase a license for the 3D seismic data collected under the current contract with CGG Americas, Inc. This service will be provided to DEMD. This is not a request for quote.
