- Reclamation has a requirement for the establishment of a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for the period of February 1, 2011 through December 31, 2011. Bureau of Reclamation, Great Plains Regional Office requires: PROVIDE REPAIR, MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE ON GOVERNMENT-OWNED DRILL EQUIPMENT (TO INCLUDE THE DRILLING EQUIPMENT AND SUPPORT EQUIPMENT) SUCH AS: ATLAS COPCO T-3, SIMCO 5000 AV TOP DRIVE DRILL RIG, CME-85 AUGER DRILL, CME-45 AUGER DRILL, S&H 142-C DIAMOND DRILL, LONGYEAR 34 DIAMOND DRILL, DIAMEC 232, LONGYEAR LF 70, WATER TRUCK, AND OTHER MISCELLANEOUS DRILLING EQUIPMENT. VENDOR SHALL CERTIFY HAVING EXPERIENCE IN THE MAINTENANCE & REPAIR OF DRILLING EQUIPMENT. VENDOR SHALL HAVE AT LEAST 6 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE WORKING ON HEAVY EQUIPMENT OR DRILLING EQUIPMENT AND SUMMARIZE WHAT THEY HAVE WORKED ON AND THE TYPE OF WORK, REPAIR, OR MAINTENANCE THAT THEY HAVE DONE. VENDOR SHALL HAVE A ONE HOUR RESPONSE TIME FOR PICKUP OF EQUIPMENT. VENDOR SHALL RELEASE THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT AND THE BUREAU OF RECLAMATION OF ANY LIABILITY IN THE EVENT THAT ANY EMPLOYEE IS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT WHILE OPERATING A GOVERNMENT-OWNED VEHICLE, TRUCK, OR DRILL RIG. This document constitutes Reclamation's Request for Quotations. Quotes are due January 18, 2011 at 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Since exact types and quantities of the services required cannot be known in advance it is required that the contractor submit pricing for all types of services described in the preceding paragraph. Contractors shall quote their hourly labor rate(s). The purpose of this announcement is to seek interested sources. If you would like to be considered for a BPA (Blanket Purchase Agreement) please send pricing for services listed in the first paragraph. The award will be set aside for small business under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 811310. The suspense date/time to respond to this announcement is January 18, 2011 at 2:00 PM Mountain Standard Time. Vendors are reminded they must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration and the Online Representations and Certifications Application to be considered for award. Vendors can register at www.ccr.gov and www.orca.bpn.gov respectively. You will need your Duns and Bradstreet number and banking information.
