NSN 1680-01-543-3614, PR number 0028681583, Belt Aircraft Safety Solicitation is for 475 each to be shipped to Stockton, CA and New Cumberland, PA. within 120 days After Receipt of Order. Approved source is Pacific Scientific, CAGE 45402, P/N 1101730-05. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is January 24, 2011 with a closing date of February 24, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about the issue date.
