- PERFORMANCE PLAN PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT (PWS) Synopsis T his is a synopsis only. Attached you will find a copy of the Performance Work Statement. The Request for Proposal FA8501-11-R-0016 will be posted to FedBizOpps on or around 24 Jan 2011. This acquisition is 100% set-aside for Small Business participation. The contract may contain a basic year plus (4) annual option periods. This will be a non-commercial, competitive acquisition using Price Performance Tradeoff Procedures (PPT). Data will be required IAW DD1423s Appendix C and DD1423s will be attached with the Request for Proposal
