- Description
- Provide all labor, supervision, equipment and material to provide Service Agreement with unlimited Service Calls for various Printers as shown in the Request for Quotations. Work shall be performed at the U.S. Dept. of Commerce, NOAA, Geophysical Fluid Dynamics Lab, 201 Forrestal Rd., Princeton, New Jersey 08540. Work SHALL be performed by vendor's own personnel trained and qualified to work on the equipment. Period of Performance: February 1, 2011, or date of award, whichever is later, through January 31, 2012, with an option to extend performance for an additional four years. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. This acquisition will be issued as an RFQ and awarded as a firm-fixed price order under simplified acquisition procedures. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the agency. To be eligible for award, offerors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR): www.ccr.gov, and obtain (and provide with the offer) a DUNS number by calling 1-800-333-0505. The FSC for this is 7042 and NAICS Code is 811212, small business size standard is $23.0 million dollars. No Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating assigned. Copies of the solicitation will only be posted on FEDBIZOPPS webpage www.eps.gov. Hard copies of the RFQ will not be issued. It is incumbent upon contractors to monitor FIDBIZOPPS for the release of the RFQ, specification, and all subsequent amendments. Telephone requests will not be honored.
