- This is a Sources Sought Notice only. This is NOT a Request for Proposal, Request for Quote or Invitation for Bid. Defense Supply Center Philadelphia is seeking to identify possible sources that can supply eleven (11) NSNs. NSN 8145-01-538-2179, Lightweight Inflatable Decontamination Systems (LIDS), NSN 8145-01-538-2176, Lightweight Inflatable Decontamination Systems (LIDS), NSN 8145-01-529-9024, Lightweight Inflatable Decontamination Systems Staging Shelter, NSN 8145-01-499-8996, Container Sling Load, NSNs 8145-01-522-6554, 8145-01-522-6552, 8145-01-523-3004 & 8145-01-523-3001, Collapsible Equipment Rack, NSN 8145-01-530-7621, Movement Wheel 16 inch, NSN 8145-01-507-0913, Pintle Hitch Assembly and NSN 8145-01-520-4779, Bag Bladder. DLA Troop Support is investigating the possibility of a solicitation for the referenced items under a long-term indefinite quantity type contract. The contract base period may be for a term of one year or two years. Further, it may contain an option or options to extend the term of the contract. Pricing may be provided up front for the contract and option periods or may be linked to a Producer Price Index which would be adjusted annually or to an EPA clause. Support of these items may be based on Customer Direct deliveries, where material could be supplied to any location within the Continental United States.
