- Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC)-Ann Arbor Healthcare System, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for Four (4). ISDN PRI's and Free Unlimited Local Calling at the VA Ann Arbor Medical Center for the period February 1, 2011 through September 30, 2011 with four (4) one (1) year options, in strict accordance with all schedules, specifications, terms, conditions and provisions of the contract solicitation, NAICS Code 517110, size standard is 1500 employees. The Contractor must provide local Primary Rate Integrated Service Digital Network (ISDN) Primary Rate Interface (PRI) lines with the addition of Caller ID. Existing main numbers shall remain unchanged*Note: The VA reserves the right to order one or more additional new ISDN PRI circuits per year. Additionally, the VA also reserves the right to not order additional circuits.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Contractor must provide evidence indicating that this service is and has been their primary business for a period of greater than five (5) years. Offerors failing to meet this requirement will not be considered for award. Offers are due no later than 3:30 PM (EST) on January 27, 2011.
