- Description
- MEDCOM, Western Regional Contracting Office, Tacoma, Washington, intends to award a firm fixed price contract to; Inficon, Inc., in the amount of $33,970.00 (base +2 years) for a Maintenance /Service Agreement in accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1. This agreement is maintenance of the HAPSITE ER Environmental Gas/System Analyzer located at Irwin Army Community Hospital, Ft Riley, KS. Service Period of Performance is: 14 Jan. 2011 through 13 Jan. 2012, with (2) Option years ending 13 Jan. 2014 (if exercised). The maintenance agreement for the HAPSITE ER Analyzer is under proprietary rights by the manufacturer Inficon and they are the only authorized company to provide maintenance and repair services. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to future requirements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, information received within forty-five days after the date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurement.
