- Synopsis 65 - INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE Overton Brooks VA Medical Center, 510 East Stoner Avenue, Shreveport LA 71101 intends to negotiate a sole source Firm Fixed Price contract with Immunodiagnostics System Inc. on a sole source basis pursuant of 41 U.S.C. 253 (c) (1) Only One Responsible Source and FAR 6.302-1 for the following item: KIT, EIA, Vitamin D 25- Hydroxy, 96/Kit Laboratory PKG: 96 per KT This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. All interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide required item within five (5) calendar days of this publication. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government. Vitamin D Test Kit is solely owned and patented by Immunodiagnostics Systems, Inc. These products are solely owned and patented by Immunodiagnostics Systems, Inc., and the only products that are compatible with Overton Brooks VAMC equipment.
