Description

NSN 1660-00-842-3048, PR number 0026875660, kit, overhaul, oxygen regulator. Solicitation is for 14 each to be shipped to New Cumberland, PA within 420 days After Receipt of Order. Approved source is Avox, CAGE 53655, P/N 9776302-10. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement may be accessed on the "C folders" link from the DIBBS website after the issue date of the solicitation, HOWEVER; Avox is currently the only approved source of supply. Any other offeror must provide a Source Approval Request package with their offer. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). Automated Best Value System (AVBS) and/or the Past Performance Information Retrieval System-Statistical Reporting (PPIRS-SR) will be used as an evaluation factor. The solicitation issue date is January 24, 2011 with a closing date of February 24, 2011. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ on or about the issue date. A paper copy of this solicitation will not be available to requesters
