- The Army Geospatial Center, Contracts Office intends to award a Sole Source, Fixed Price, Contract to TDC Group for Freeance Mobile Pro-Edition License, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). TDC Group is the sole source that offers the Freeance Mobile Pro-Edition software license, maintenance and support. The software enables mobile data collection on BlackBerry devices and integrates with ESRI and ArcGIS Server. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The anticipated award date is 13 January 2011.
