This solicitation is issued as an unrestricted request for proposal (RFP). Request for proposals are due electronically by 07 February 2011, 10:00am EST to NGNJ-USPFO-NJContracting@ng.army.mil. Include CAGE CODE in all proposals. The RFP is for a firm fixed priced contract. CLIN 0001 Leased Copier (base year) 0001AA Option year 1 0001AA Option year 2 0001AA Option year 3 0001AA Option year 4 CLIN 0002 Training CLIN 0003 Delivery/Installation CLIN 0004 Consumables CLIN 0005 Service The New Jersey Army National Guard is looking for a proposal to lease a high volume production printer solution for the print shop. We require a firm-fixed-price for a period of one base year and four option years. The contractor's solution will provide all hardware, software, training, licenses, maintenance, supplies (less paper). This requirement is to provide only monochrome (black ink) prints. The government's obligation under this contract will be subject to the availability of funds for any of the ensuing fiscal years. The contractor must guarantee satisfaction for the performance of the copier provided. Government dissatisfaction with the performance of the copier shall be addressed at the discretion of the government. The contractor retains ownership of the equipment, parts, supplies, etc. provided under the contract and is responsible for their removal at the end of the contract. The Offerors must be registered on the Central Contractors Registration database (CCR). All FAR Clauses may be viewed in full text via the Internet at www.arnet.gov/far.
