- This is a pre-solicitation notice of the Government's intent to request proposals from regularly established businesses to provide preventive maintenance inspections and emergency repair on the A.B. Dick Model 9870 Offset Duplicator (SN:60876, EE# 3610-5426). Services shall be performed at the Uptown Division of VAMC Augusta on a monthly basis during normal VA working hours of 7:00am to 3:30pm (Monday-Friday). A complete statement of work will be included in the actual solicitation. The solicitation will result in the award of a single firm fixed price contract. The anticipated period of performance is 1 February 2011 through 30 September 2011 with (4) one-year options periods. This procurement is a 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. The Request for Proposal number is VA-247-11-RP-0088. The applicable NAICS Code is 532420, with a business size standard of $25.0M. When issued, the solicitation will be available via www.fedbizopps.gov. The tentative solicitation issue date is on or about January 6, 2011. Interested offerors must respond to the actual solicitation. Prospective offerors are urged to submit all questions/concerns to brad.nelson@va.gov. Charles Norwood VAMC in Augusta, GA. Telephonic requests and/or responses to the solicitation will not be honored. Firms offering responses to the solicitation will not be honored.
