DESCRIPTION: The intent is to award an indefinite quantity type contract for one year base and two option years. NSn(s): 2930-01-566-7785 Item Description: COOLER, LUBRICATING OIL, ENGINE SPECIFICATIONS/STANDARDS/DRAWINGS "DETAILED DRAWING (ONE ITEM)": AM GENERAL, LLC (34623) P/N 6038409 Unit of Issue: EA Destination Information: Various Conus Stock Locations Delivery Schedule: 140 Days All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. Based on market research this item is manufactured for military use only and is not commercial; therefore, the Government is not using the policies contained in FAR Part 12 in its solicitation for this item. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item with 15 days of this notice. Items will be shipped to a Conus location. FOB destination and inspection at destination is required. This solicitation will be available on the Internet at http://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/rfp after the issue date of 1/24/11. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. This solicitation is not set-aside for small business. The required delivery is 140 days. The item under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the US by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
