Description
WAWF Instructions Wage Determination 2005-2055 DMEA Form 100 Grounds Layout Performance Work Statement 11-1C0 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The duration of the order is 12 months (01 March 2011- 29 February 2012) with four one year option periods. Quotes shall be valid for a minimum of 60 days. Offers will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. The evaluation of lowest offer will be inclusive of all options. The NAICS Code is 561730 with a size standard of $7.0M. The request for quotation (RFQ) reference number is H94003-11-T-0001. This is a 100% small disadvantaged business set aside. The service contract act applies, Wage Determination No. 2005-2055, Revision 12 dated 09/09/2010 applies. The place of performance is Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA), 4234 54th St, McClellan, CA 95652. NOTE: Funds are not presently available for this contract. No order will be awarded until funds are made available. This requirement is for grounds maintenance services for the DMEA McClellan facility in accordance with Performance Work Statement 11-1C0, dated 04 January 2011, copy attached. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and all other items and services necessary to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed at DMEA in a manner that will maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs and plants and present a clean, neat and professional appearance around the 75,000 SF facility and parking lot of the Defense Microelectronics Activity (DMEA) at McClellan, California.
