- This is just a Sources Sought Notice (Request for Information). The Government intends to establish a sole source Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to OrganoGenesis, Inc. for the following item for the Department of Surgery at Tripler Army Medical Center, Hawaii: (1) Apligraf, 44 square centimeter circular bio-engineered cell construct; includes shipping; QUANTITY - 1 EACH. Apligraf is a living cell-based product indicated for the treatment of venous leg ulcers and diabetic foot ulcers. It is a 44 square centimeter circular bio-engineered cell construct, which is highly effective towards healing wounds and even hard to heal ones. Calls will be placed against the BPA as supplies are required. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE WILL BE FOR FIVE YEARS. NAICS code is 339113.
