- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The South Dakota Army National Guard (SDARNG) has a request for Server Platform and Patch Management Subscriptions. The item description and the manufacturer's part number are referenced information that is provided for the requested Server Platform and Patch Management subscriptions to help identify a desired standard of performance and quality. A standard level of quality would be comparable to the BigFix Platform server Subscription referenced in the solicitation. This reference shall not be construed as limiting competition. Items quoted must be equal to or better than what's identified. Please provide product description literature/information or a website for any quoted equipment. Not doing so may render your quote as not acceptable. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Submit only written quotations for RFQ W912MM-11-T-0010. This requirement is intended to award Brand Name products or equal to. The associated NAICS code is 423430 with a 100 employee size standard. This solicitation is 100% set-aside for small businesses. This RFQ contains a listing of requested server and patch subscriptions. Vendor must provide items referenced in attachment or equal to items. Vendor shall certify that they are an Authorized Channel as of the date of the submission of their offer, and that it has the certification/specialization level required to support both the product sale and product pricing, in accordance with the applicable certification/specialization requirements. Unless otherwise specified, vendor shall warrant that the products are new. The vendor confirms to have sourced all products submitted in this offer from Authorized Channels or through Authorized Channels only, in accordance with all applicable laws and current applicable policies at the time of purchase. The vendor will need to provide proof/copies of the authorized channels that are current certifications upon submitting quote. Not doing so may render your quote as not acceptable.
