- This is a notice of intent to award a contract on the basis of other than full and open competition. The United States Army Medical Research Acquisition Activity in support of the Telemedicine and Advanced Technology Center will award a contract to Remote Diagnostic Technologies, the Old Coach House, Basingstoke, Hampshire RG25 2HT, GBR to upgrade and maintain the TEMPUS IC device in support of the US Joint Forces Command. Remote Diagnostic Technologies is the original equipment manufacturer and has the proprietary schematics and specifications. This is not a request for proposal. Interested parties that can meet this requirement may respond with their capabilities to include past performance upgrading similar TEMPUS IC devices. All responses received will be considered to determine if this requirement may be available for full and open competition. Respond to pamela.nevels@amedd.army.mil by 05 January 2011.
