- Afghan National Security Forces Cellular Communications Conference 11 and 12 January 2011 From 0900-1100 At Ministry Of Interior Auditorium, Kabul Afghanistan NTM-A community invites you to a Telecommunication Cellular Conference organized by the Telecommunication Advisory Team in collaboration with the International Security Assistance Force (ISAF). The conference may result in a future for future telecommunication agreement which requires comprehensive solutions for Afghanistan's wireless telecommunication infrastructure and cellular service. The conference will be a great opportunity to exchange ideas with the telecommunication industry on present capability and future technology available now in Afghanistan. A host of unique problems will be presented that we are looking for solutions including; 1. Cellular service volume discounts and NTM-A/GIRoA service consolidation for ANA and ANP. 2. Cellular services bulk purchase order administrations services. 3. 24 hours per day seven a week community services cellular requirements. 4. Emergency cellular service for Afghan National Security Forces including First Responders. 5. Resellers of cellular service for multiple Afghanistan licensed carriers' incentives. We wish to extend a warm invitation to you to attend this Shura and gain first hand information on the ground situation and the potential for investment.
