- HIPAA ADDENDUM DENTAL ASSISTANT This Acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-aside. The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service (AAIHS) has a requirement for Dental Assistant Services to be performed at the Mescalero Indian Hospital, Mescalero, New Mexico as specified within the solicitation. Prospective Offerors may review the solicitation which is available at http://www.fbo.gov under RFQ number: 11-242-SOL-00019.
