- THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO ADD THE FOLLOWING CLARIFICATIONS: Work shall be completed during normal work hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., however a noon to 4:30 p.m. schedule is preferred due to training classes. Floor maintenance, striping and waxing as well as carpet cleaning, shall be scheduled in advance for performance after normal work hours. Vacuuming shall be scheduled and accomplished so as to not interrupt training sessions or USDA employees.
