- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and overhaul of the Shock Strut Assembly. INPUT NSN: 1620-00-869-2418 OUTPUT NSN: 1620-00-869-2418 INPUT P/N: 114L2331-2 OUTPUT P/N: 114L2331-2 QUANTITY: MIN = 50 MAX = 500 FMS QTY =110 The proposed contractual action will be a full and open competition, Five (5) year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It has been determined the Government's needs cannot be met in the commercial marketplace; therefore, FAR part 12 will not be used. Product Verification Audit (PVA) is required. Maintenance and overhaul shall be done in accordance with Depot Maintenance Work Requirement DMWR-55-1620-225 to include all applicable Maintenance Engineering Orders (MEOs) and AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs). No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Request for solicitation will be by fax or mailed. You may mail your request to R. Brent Hester, CCAM-AL-M, Bldg 5303, 2nd Floor, Redstone Arsenal, AL 35898-5000; fax number 256-955-9237. Proposals will only be accepted by mail. No data fax or emails will be accepted for proposals. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depending upon the date of release of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above.
