- This attachment is a list of electrician training requirements, which include the minimum topics to contain suggested training schedule, and mandatory requirements. It also provides information about a DVD Training Set. Request for Quotation to be completed for Electrician Training Description: (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This announcement constitutes only the solicitation; quotes are being requested, a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) The solicitation number is F3C3RL0364A001 and is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-47. (iv) This acquisition is considered full and open competition. The NAICS code is 611513 with a size standard not to exceed $7.0M. (v) Contract line item is numbered 0001 - Electrician Training On-Site. See attached Request for Quotation (RFQ) for details. (vi) Electrical Training for 5 CES (see attached requirements for further details). (vii) Place of delivery is Minot AFB, ND 58705 and period of performance is 3 Mar 2011 to 2 Mar 2012. (viii) The provision of 52.212-1, Instruction to Offers-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -Commercial Items, applies to this procurement. The government will award a firm-fixed contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible Offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Award shall be based on best value to the government. The evaluation procedure to be used for this procurement is price and price related factors, such as past performance. (x) The Government advises the Offerors Offers to include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer, Offerors are also reminded to complete offeror representations and certifications online at www.bpn.gov and complete the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. (xi) Clause 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial, applies to this acquisition. (xii) Clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial items, applies to this acquisition and the additional FAR clauses cited in the clause are applicable to the acquisition: 52.222-3, 19, 21, 26, 35, 36, 37, 50, and 52.232-33. (xiii) Additional FAR clauses that apply are: 52.204-7, 52.204-9, 52.225-13, 52.232-1, 52.232-8, 52.247-34, and 52.253-1. Applicable DFARS clauses are 252.204-7003, 252.204-7004 Alt A, 252.232-7003, 252.225-7001, 252.232-7003, and 252.212-7001. Applicable AFFARS clauses are 5352.201-9101 and 5352.223-9001. Services FAR clause 52.222-41, Service Contract Act of 1965 is applicable. (xiv) There is no Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating applicable for this procurement. (xv) All offerors must submit a quote by 4:30:00 pm Central Standard Time on 28 Jan 11. Quotes received after that time may not be considered.
