- Description
- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Lee, VA, intends to solicit and award a 100% small business set-aside FIRM FIXED PRICE contract using simplified acquisition procedures per FAR Part 12 and 13 to provide maintenance and repair of government owned rail cars and locomotives located at Fort Lee, VA (Petersburg, VA) and North Terminal, Milford, VA. Services included various maintenance support, but are not limited to providing daily servicing, inspections and tests; performing running and light repairs; complete medium and heavy repairs; interior cleaning and housekeeping of maintenance areas; and provide parts/manage parts inventory for repairs. The applicable NAICS Code is 336510. The tentative release date for solicitation W91QF5-11-T-0004 will be 31 January 2011.
