Description
AFMC Form 158 CAV II PWS Appendix C Solicitation Wage Determination DD Form 1653 DD Form 2875 DD Form 1423 This is a notice of intent that WR-ALC anticipates issuing a Five Year (One year basic with four one year options) Requirements Contract for the repair of assemblies/circuit cards for NSN(s): 5998-01-064-1520JZ, 5998-01-157-0205JZ, 5998-01-217-5944JZ, 7025-01-201-6692, 7025-01-237-4389, 7025-01-262-7047, 7025-01-354-0703, 7035-01-255-2332. Each of the NSNs will have a BEQ ranging between 1 to 2 for Basic Period through Year Five. The end item for this equipment is applicable to the Pave Paws, BMEWS system. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source Event Systems Support LLC (CAGE Code: 010Z2) under authority of FAR 6.302. Interested person(s) may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. All proposals received within thirty days after issuance of solicitation or 45 days after the publication date of this synopsis will be considered. OMBUDSMAN: All potential offeror(s) should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and/or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If the contracting officer does not satisfy your concerns, an Ombudsman has been appointed to hear serious concerns that are not resolved through established channels. The purpose of the Ombudsman is not to diminish the authority of the program director or contracting officer, but to communicate serous contractor concerns, issues, disagreements, and recommendations to the appropriate government personnel. When requested, the Ombudsman will maintain strict confidentiality as to the source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the evaluation of proposals or in the source selection process. When appropriate, potential offerors may contact Ombudsman Kathy B. Cames, at 468-222-1088.
