- The Contracting Office at Fort Wainwright, Alaska intends to negotiate and award a firm-fixed price contract using the simplified acquisition procedures on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1), with BINL, Inc., in Richmond, CA for POV Storage Services. The resulting contract will be for one base plus 4 month option year. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 49390, and the size standard is $21.5M. No solicitation will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive offers or proposals. A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed contract was based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
