- This is a DRAFT Performance Work Statement (PWS) for Industry review. If the potential offeror is confirmed for the Pre-Solicitation Conference/Industry Day; has carefully reviewed the requirements of this PWS; feels as though they can meet all of the requirements; and would like to schedule a One-On-One meeting with the Government during the conference, please submit a formal request via e-mail to the Contracting Office at: itec4w.bpaprograms@conus.army.mil and tamara.clause@conus.army.mil. Formal requests must be received no later than 4:00 PM Local Time on 7 January 2011. The Pre-Solicitation Conference will be held at the following location: Rosslyn Plaza North Kent 14th Floor, Training Rooms 3 and 4 1777 N. Kent Street Arlington, VA 22209 The Conference will begin on Monday, January 24, 2011 at 1:00 PM.
