- PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS MODIFICATION ONLY MAKES A CORRECTION TO THE FEBRUARY DATES; PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE IS 2/15-18/11 AND 8/2-5/11. NO OTHER CHANGES HAVE BEEN MADE. The purpose of this request is to provide a commercial hotel/conference center for a leadership training seminar to be held by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM)/Eastern Management Development Center (EMDC). This leadership seminar will be designed and delivered by EMDC, which will be the holder of the contract. The periods of performance will be February 15 - 18, 2011 and August 2 - 5, 2011. Respondents must be primary provider of all services. No submissions from third party providers will be considered. All questions must be submitted to Shannon Kennedy via email no later than 3:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on Tuesday, January 4, 2011. The address is shannon.kennedy@opm.gov. Communications with other officials may compromise the competitiveness of this acquisition and result in cancellation of the requirement.
