- This serves as the notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 2,160 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 2,160 ABOA square feet and 3 surface parking space using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the Fish and Wildlife Service. The lease has been awarded to Roland Duffy in Cody, WY. Commencing July 18, 2010 for 4 years, the US Government shall pay the Lessor annual rent of $23,150.16 for a fully serviced lease. Said rent shall consist of shell rent in the amount of $15,050.16 annually and an operating rent of $8,100.00 annually. The lease terms are set at 4 years/2 years firm. GSA may terminate this lease after 2 years with 60 days notice to the lessor.
