- The Department of the Army, Mission & Installation Contracting Command, Directorate of Contracting at White Sands Missile Range, NM, plans to award a Sole Source contract modification to Vantex Service Corp., 5321 Industrial Oaks blvd #127, Austin Texas 78735-8824, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, for the service and maintenance of portable latrines for a six month period. This notice is not a request for quotations. No solicitation document is available and telephone requests will not be honored.
