- The Sacramento District of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers has an upcoming project titled, "Recreational Janitorial Services at Pine Flat Lake." The primary objective of this SYNOPSIS notice is to notify potential Small Businesses of this requirement. The Contractor is responsible for providing all labor, materials, and supplies necessary to provide recreational janitorial services. Services include: Cleaning of permanent restrooms, CXT restrooms, and portable chemical toilets; Fish Cleaning Station; Campsite Clean-up; and Courtesy Docks. The Request for Quotation will not be issued in a hard copy format. Interested parties should download the solicitation from Fed Biz Ops (www.fbo.gov). All prospective vendors are required to register at the Central Contractor Registration website (www.ccr.gov). The Government urges all prospective Quoters to visit Pine Lake Lake at 27295 Pine Flat Road, Sanger, Fresno County, California - prior to submitting a Quote package. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price contract for a base period of 365 calendar days and up to four one-year options. Award will be made to the Contractor's whose quote is considered to be the best value to the Government. This acquistion was previously awarded to D & R Construction for $208,410.
