- SYNOPSIS Solicitation: AG-04R4-S-11-0005 NAICS: 238210 PSC: J059 Set-Aside: Total Small Business TITLE: Construction-Replacing Existing Electrical Line @ WaxMyrtle Campground (IDIQ) The ESTIMATED ISSUE DATE Electronically in Federal Business Opportunities is January 6, 2011 Estimated Response Date: January 27, 2011 Description: Construction-Replacing Existing Electrical Line @ WaxMyrtle Campground (IDIQ) Lane County-Unit: Central Coast Ranger District, Siuslaw National Forest The objective of this project is to install underground electrical lines for the Waxmyrtle Campground that were apparently replaced in 1994. A West Bath Facility Megger Test was conducted in July 2009 to verify each conductor's electrical insulation resistantance where the megger test failed. Based on the results of the failed test the Forest Service decided to replace the entire electrical line for this Campgound. The Contractor shall furnish the necessary personnel, supplies, material, equipment, labor, services, transportation (except those items listed as Government-Furnished), to perform the Statement of Work/Specifications, which will be referenced in the solicitation. This project will be an Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the services specified. Contract performance time will be identified on individual task orders. The estimated start work date is February 17, 2011. The Government intends to issue a firm fixed price contract format. The Government estimate range between $25K and $100K. Note: prospective awardee shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) data base prior to award.
