Description: RFQ: N0010411QQ320 Intent to Award Notice The Naval Inventory Control Point, Mechanicsburg, intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Advanced Onion, LLC; a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, for Foreign Area Officer (FAO) Program Management support services. Advanced Onion, LLC has the unique level of expertise and knowledge required to perform this effort in the Monterey, CA area; therefore, this proposed acquisition is being pursed on a sole-source basis. The services will be procured in accordance with FAR 13.5 and 19.1406. A firm fixed price contract for FAO Program Management support for one year is contemplated with an anticipated award date on or before January 3, 2011. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability regarding the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by closing date will be considered by the Government. A determination of the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
