- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR AWARDED CONTRACT NUMBER GS-08P-09-JA-C-0089. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PRICE OR TECHNICAL PROPOSAL. GSA's Rocky Mountain Region, Public Buildings Service, Denver Federal Center Service Center has issued Modification PS28 to revise the Scope of Work for the Design and Construction of the Department of State Facility (DOSF) at the Denver Federal Center, Lakewood, Colorado. The Modification provides for the clarification of the Contractor's Use of Premises, revision of the required Construction Management software, design services for CCTV, CATV, on-site water storage, and 35kV switchgear changes, and construction services for concrete paving and inner duct conduit as part of the DOSF requirement. This Modification increases the cost of the contract by $304,925. This modification is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. All reporting requirements from the Contractor are mandated per the Act. Any questions regarding this notice must be submitted in writing, via email to Ms. Beverly A.
