- Description
- The Defense Commissary Agency (DeCA) is seeking a contractor/contractors with current relevant qualifications, experience, personnel, and capability to provide the labor, management and assorted seafood products necessary to support full service seafood markets in U.S. military commissaries. Solicitation HDEC02-10-R-0012 will be issued for these requirements on or about January 11, 2011. The solicitation will be available for download on the Internet at FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) on its issue date. Responses to this solicitation will be due no later than 4:00 p.m., EDT, February 11, 2011. Performance is anticipated to commence June 1, 2011. The base period of performance will be 24 months beginning on or about June 1, 2011, plus three 12-month option periods. A Fixed Price contract will be awarded. For the purpose of this solicitation, there will be 18 commissaries in the US that will be grouped geographically into four groups (clusters). A complete listing of locations is listed below. Cluster 1: (DC Metro) Cluster 2: (Tidewater Region of Virginia) Bolling AFB Ft. Lee Ft. Belvoir Little Creek NAB Quantico Norfolk NB Ft. Meade Ft. Eustis Andrews AFB Langley AFB Cluster 3: (Washington State) Cluster 4: (Hawaii) Bangor NSB Kaneohe Bay Bremerton PSNS Pearl Harbor NB McChord AFB Schofield Barracks Whidbey Island NSAB Hickam AFB The NAICS code is 445220 for this requirement. This acquisition is set aside for small business in Cluster 1 (DC Metro) and Cluster 2 (Tidewater) commissaries, with a $7 million size standard, and is unrestricted for Cluster 3 (Washington State) and Cluster 4 (Hawaii) commissaries. One award will be made for each cluster on an all or none basis. All offers from large business firms must include an acceptable subcontracting plan.
