- Description
- The 49th Contracting Squadron is issuing this announcement in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsiblie Source, to announce the future posting of a Justification and Approval Document for intended award of a modication to the existing contract FA4801-07-D-0001, Base Laundry Service. This contract is in the Fourth Option Year and is an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract with Firm Fixed Price CLINs which were awarded competitively as a best value acquisition. The anticipated issue of this modification is to increase the current estimated contract value of $1.1M (over the life of the contract) to an estimated $1.2M (over the life of the contract. This is a increase of $100K which will allow 49 CONS to continue service through the last option year which ends 30 Sep 11. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 812331. This acquisition is for non-personal services for providing pickup and delivery and cleaning of linen articles. The J&A will be posted on or about 30 Dec 10 on Federal Business Opportunities.
