Description

The Defense Logistics Agency, DLR Procurement Operations, Warner Robins will acquire replenishment spare parts applicable to the HH60G aircraft using other than full and open competition procedures. A Firm Fixed Price IDIQ type contract is contemplated. Items/quantities are as follows: Ordering Period 1 (Date of award through 12 calendar months) NSN 5895-01-443-2092SO, Communication Control, P/N 499-4800-005, Qty 1-18 Ea. Ordering Period 2 (13 Through 24 calendar months after award) NSN 5895-01-443-2092SO, Communication Control, P/N 499-4800-005, Qty 1-12 Ea. Ordering Period 3 (25 Through 36 calendar months after award) NSN 5895-01-443-2092SO, Communication Control, P/N 499-4800-005, Qty 1-12 Ea. Required delivery: October 2011. Solicitation will be sole source to Telephonics Corporation, 815 Broad Hollow Road, Farmingdale NY 11735-3904 (CAGE 78711) pursuant to 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Detail drawings are not available from the procuring activity.
