- This is a notice of intent to sole source to HYPACK Inc. The United States Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Buffalo District Survey Team currently uses HYPACK software for their operations. HYPACK, Inc develops Windows-based software for the hydrographic and dredging industry. HYPACK is the only authorized maintenance provider. As such, no other sources exist. HYPACK software is embedded into the USACE operations and no other source for hydrgraphic software is being contemplated at this time.
